3. Are the courses officially accredited?
Yes, absolutely. Our programs are officially recognized by the leading certification bodies:
PMI® (Project Management Institute): We are authorized training instructors for PMP®, CAPM®, PMI-ACP®, PMI-RMP®, PMI-PBA®, and PMI-PMOCP™ certifications. Our courses meet the 35 contact hours required by PMI® to sit for the exam.
CertiProf®: We are official partners, which means you receive up to a 40% discount on the exam fee for certifications such as Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Developer, Agile Leader, Agile Coach, and OKR Master.
In addition, all our programs include an official BePM® diploma, giving you double certification and ensuring that what you learn is truly applicable to your professional day-to-day work.
4.Do I need prior knowledge or experience?
It depends on the program you choose:
For entry-level certifications such as CAPM® or Scrum Master, no prior project management experience is required. These courses are designed for people starting their careers or transitioning into Project Management. We start from the basics and guide you step by step toward certification.
For advanced certifications such as PMP® or PMI-ACP®, PMI requires specific professional experience (typically 3–5 years managing projects, depending on your educational background). Don’t worry—our advisors help you verify whether you meet the requirements before enrolling and guide you toward the certification that best fits your current profile.
What truly matters is your desire to learn and grow. We’ll take care of the rest: teaching you, supporting you, and preparing you to pass your exam successfully.

8. Will I receive a certification upon completion?
Yes. You will receive two types of certification:
1. BePM® Certificate of Completion
Once you complete your course, you receive a certificate that validates your training hours (35 hours / PDUs for PMI certifications). This certificate is valid for submitting your application to PMI®.
2. Official International Certification
After passing the exam with the official certifying body (PMI®, CertiProf®, etc.), you earn your internationally recognized certification—the credential that goes on your résumé and LinkedIn profile.
In addition:
For some CertiProf® programs, the official exam fee is included in the full plan
You get access to official exam simulators to practice under real exam conditions
We guide you through the entire application and registration process with the certifying bodies

11. What is your refund policy?
