Communication and Engagement Planning<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Define what information each stakeholder will receive, how often, through which channel, and who is responsible for maintaining that relationship. A poorly designed communication plan breeds misinformation and distrust.<\/span><\/p><h3>4. Ongoing Monitoring and Adjustment<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The stakeholder map evolves. A secondary stakeholder can become critical overnight. Work with them continuously and closely.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Keep satisfied (high power, low interest): <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Communicate regularly, but don&#8217;t overwhelm them with information.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Keep informed (low power, high interest): <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Share frequent updates. Their enthusiasm can be a valuable asset.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Monitor (low power, low interest): <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check in periodically, but don&#8217;t invest excessive resources in them.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3>RACI Matrix<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Complements the Mendelow analysis by defining each stakeholder&#8217;s role for every task or deliverable in the project: Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed. It&#8217;s an indispensable tool for eliminating ambiguity and responsibility conflicts.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Combining both matrices gives you a complete map: you know who holds power and who does what.
