What will your responsibilities be?
- Teach and mentor Project Management courses or modules (we provide the materials).
- Support students and answer their questions, ensuring a response within 24 hours.
- Deliver classes in a dynamic, practical, and enthusiastic manner.
- Record sessions with students and upload them to the virtual platform.
- Continuously monitor students’ progress.
- Evaluate results and goal achievement, ensuring the highest quality of training.
- Prepare weekly reports for management on the progress of the course and the students.
What do you need to join us?
Real-world experience in project management.
Certification in the subject you teach (PMP®, ACP®, Scrum Master, etc.).
Ability to explain concepts clearly.
Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge.
Excellent communication skills.
Assertive communication and a positive attitude.

Here's how our application process works
At BePM®, we pay close attention to every detail to recruit highly qualified professionals who are committed to and passionate about teaching.

1. Submission of the application
Fill out the application form.
Include details about your academic background, professional experience, significant projects you have led, certifications obtained, research, publications, and teaching philosophy.
2. Selection
Our selection committee will review your application after receiving it to see if you meet the requirements we are looking for.
If you are chosen to continue, we will contact you to arrange an interview.
3. Interview or presentation
You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills as an instructor and demonstrate your enthusiasm for project management.
You may be asked to give a presentation in advance.
4. Final decision
Our selection committee will ultimately decide whether to extend an offer for you to work as a professor at BePM.
