Who is our mentoring program for?

The BePM Mentoring program is not designed for everyone in the same way. It is designed for you: for your moment, your context, and your real goals. We work with four main profiles of professionals who share the same need: to move forward with discernment, not blindly.

Future PMs looking to start their careers

Too many certifications, too much information. Your mentor defines the smartest starting point for your profile, saving you years of trial and error.

PMs in the process of certification

Beyond the syllabus: knowing if I have enough training, preparing yourself well, and positioning yourself once you have your degree in hand.

PMs stuck professionally

You haven’t made any progress in a while and you don’t know why. Together, we’ll identify exactly what’s holding you back and build a plan to overcome it.

PMs who want to change course

You have the desire but not the roadmap. Your mentor analyzes the real options with you so that the change is strategic, not impulsive.

The fears that hold back each project manager profile

Select where you are at. If you identify with any of these situations, BePM mentoring is designed exactly for you.

Fears

😰Choosing the wrong entry-level certification and wasting time and money.
😰Having no prior experience and not knowing how to land the first opportunity.
😰The field being too saturated with no room for someone new.
😰Starting down a path that ends up having no real job prospects.
😰That without connections, breaking in is impossible.

Real Problems

🔍I don't know which certification makes the most sense for my background.
🔍I don't understand the differences between PM, Scrum Master, PMO, and other roles.
🔍I don't know whether to get a master's degree or go straight for a certification.
🔍I don't have a professional network in the industry.
🔍I don't know which sectors have the most demand or which companies hire juniors.

Fears

😰Failing the exam after months of preparation.
😰Investing in a certification that doesn't open the doors I'm hoping for.
😰Not studying the right way.
😰The credential not being enough without the right experience to back it up.
😰More qualified candidates outcompeting me.

Real Problems

🔍I don't know how to structure my study plan efficiently.
🔍I'm unsure which study materials and practice exams are actually worth it.
🔍I don't know how to showcase the certification on my resume and LinkedIn once I get it.
🔍I don't know what salary I can negotiate or which companies truly value this credential.
🔍I'm not sure what to do after the exam to make the most of the effort I put in.

Fears

😰That my career has genuinely hit a ceiling with no way out.
😰That younger profiles are already passing me by.
😰That my experience is becoming obsolete.
😰That switching companies will leave me worse off than I am now.
😰That the problem is me, not the market.

Real Problems

🔍I'm not getting interview calls even though I have a solid profile.
🔍My LinkedIn isn't attracting opportunities despite my years of experience.
🔍I don't know how to ask for a promotion or negotiate a raise.
🔍I don't know if I need more training, more visibility, or simply a new employer.
🔍I've been on autopilot for a while and lost focus on where I actually want to go.

Fears

😰Committing to a change and having it not work out.
😰Losing seniority or salary when entering a new industry or country.
😰My current experience not being transferable.
😰Choosing the wrong specialty and having to start all over again.
😰Making an impulsive decision I'll end up regretting.

Real Problems

🔍I don't know which specialty (Agile, IT, Construction…) fits my background.
🔍I don't know how the job market works in the countries I'm interested in.
🔍I don't know what's required to work abroad: languages, certifications, visas.
🔍I don't know how to reposition myself on LinkedIn and in my resume for the new direction.
🔍I have no contacts in the industry or country I want to move into.

Benefits of having a project management mentorship program

Frequently asked questions about our coaching and mentoring plans

The price varies depending on the length of the chosen program (from 1 to 6 months) and the personalized plan designed for each profile. To find out the exact rates, you can request a no-commitment initial assessment session through the registration form.

The session frequency adapts to your pace and goals. Sessions are typically held every two weeks or once a month, though this is defined during the initial assessment based on your professional situation and availability.

Sessions are held online, which allows you to work with Priscilla regardless of where you are located — including if your goal is to access international job opportunities.

The length of each session is established when designing the personalized plan. In programs of this type, sessions typically run between 60 and 90 minutes, though this can be adjusted based on the needs of each stage of the program.

Yes. The program specifically includes a “Future PMs” profile for those who want to start their career from scratch. The first step is the initial assessment, where your real starting point is evaluated and a roadmap tailored to you is built.

The program is designed to be 100% flexible and adaptable. The 1-on-1 sessions are there precisely to review your direction and adjust it as your circumstances or goals evolve. Your mentor recalibrates the plan with you in real time.

The mentorship is not an exam prep course, but it does include strategic guidance on which certifications make sense for your profile, when to take them, how to position yourself once you’ve earned them, and what resources to use. If you’re currently in a certification process, that context is integrated into your roadmap.

Since this is a personalized, one-on-one program, the number of spots is limited to ensure quality of service. Early registration is recommended to secure availability.

Yes. The process begins with an initial assessment session where your real situation is analyzed before the plan is designed. This first step lets you get familiar with the methodology and evaluate whether the program is the right fit for you before making a long-term commitment.

Sessions are conducted in Spanish. If your goal includes expanding into non-Spanish-speaking international markets, guidance on languages and markets is also part of the strategic support provided.

Ready to stop walking blindly?

Your next step in Project Management begins with an honest conversation. No pressure, no commitments. Just clarity.
